The Upper Cumberland Family Justice Center is a coalition of agency and governmental partners who offer services and assistance to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and elder abuse. Onsite partners are from the fields of social services, victim advocacy, civil legal aid, counseling, law enforcement, and prosecution.

The purpose of the Upper Cumberland Family Justice Center is to provide greater accessibility for victims to crisis and secondary services through co-location of those services in one building. In addition, the Upper Cumberland Family Justice Center is working to develop a comprehensive approach to the problems of sexual and family violence through the collaboration and communication of a multidisciplinary team of professionals in an effort to foster recovery and independence in victims teamed with effective prosecution of these offenses and lower recidivism of these offenders.
